Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 52(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Berkowitz objected. The Speaker stated that CSHJR 52(JUD) will be in third reading on the April12, 2000, calendar.
